Navigating urgent care can be incredibly stressful, but the compassionate care here made a massive difference. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and completely upfront. Dr. Sam Awada and his staff are so welcoming. Even though it was a busy night, I never felt neglected or rushed. In fact, Dr. Awada and his assistant were friendly, thoughtful and patient. I received exactly what I needed to begin feeling better, and clear instructions for how to handle my problem over the next few days. I enjoyed his demeanor and we had a great conversation while he set up and checked on my IV. Dr. Awada is a wonderful person and Lifeline is a wonderful clinic. If anyone in my family ever needs urgent care again, we will absolutely be back. Thank you!

I had a great experience here. I had to go in very late at night and my experience was phenomenal. Dr. Awada saw me quickly and was very compassionate. He explained everything to make sure I knew what was going on and to calm my nerves. He was able to provide help and was also able to help get the medication I needed from a nearby pharmacy that was also open 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional care and compassion. Dr. Sam is truly a blessing. After suffering severe second-degree burns from hot oil on my arm and hand, my primary care doctor provided little treatment, and the burn became badly infected. I found Dr. Sam at 3 a.m., and he immediately took action. He spent hours treating my burn, carefully dressing it, scheduling follow-up visits, and sending me home with medications and supplies to help with healing. When I returned a few days later, not only was my infection gone, he began debridement treatment, and I felt absolutely nothing during the process. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cares. He takes the time needed to properly treat his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they heal correctly. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, my recovery has been far better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Sam to anyone in need of urgent, or any kind of medical care.

I had an excellent experience at the urgent care center. I visited around 3:00 AM, and despite the late hour, Dr. Sam was professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Sam Awada, M.D., was incredibly caring, patient, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the compassionate care I received. Thank you, Dr. Awada for providing such outstanding service during a stressful time. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience overall—highly recommended! Dr. Sam and his team provided excellent care during my late-night visit last week. He was very kind and thorough in explaining the issue and clearly outlined what I needed to do at home. The team genuinely goes the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable and supported. I especially appreciated the unexpected follow-up on the third day—it really shows their commitment to patient care. Wishing Dr. Sam and his team all the very best!
